ウィリアム・コノリー（William E. Connolly、1938年-）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治学者で、ジョンズ・ホプキンス大学教授。専門は政治理論。

ミシガン大学大学院を修了し、1965年に博士号取得。オハイオ大学（1965-1968）、マサチューセッツ大学（1968-1985）を経て、1985年から現職。学術誌Political Theory編集長（1984-1990）。

フリードリヒ・ニーチェやミシェル・フーコーの思想を補助線として、これまで自明視されてきた「権力」「民主主義」といった政治学の概念を批判的に考察する作業を進める。
