ティモシー・ボトムズ（Timothy James Bottoms、1951年8月30日-)はアメリカ合衆国の俳優・プロデューサー。

カリフォルニア州サンタバーバラにBetty (旧姓：Chapman)と、 彫刻家兼美術教師だったJames "Bud" Bottoms, の長男として生まれた。^[1]。 弟であるジョセフ・ボトムズ (1954-), サム・ボトムズ (1955-2008) 、 ベン・ボトムズ (1960-)も俳優。 1967年,ボトムスはSanta Barbara Madrigal Societyの一環としてヨーロッパを旅した。

ボトムズは1971年ダルトン・トランボの『ジョニーは戦場へ行った 』で四肢・耳を含む、身体を切断されたまま生きた兵士の役で映画デビューした。同じ年に、彼は弟のサムと共に『ラスト・ショー 』に出演。1990年の続編『ラスト・ショー2』でも同じ役を演じた。 他にも『ペーパー・チェイス』, 『en:Love and Pain and the Whole Damn Thing』,『エレファント』などに出演した。

また、ジョージ・W・ブッシュを3つの番組の中で演じた。彼がブッシュ役で参加した1作品目は2000年から2001年にサウスパークのスタッフが製作したコメディ・セントラルのシチュエーションコメディen:That's My Bush!。それから、ファミリー映画『クロコダイル・ハンター ザ・ムービー』でもブッシュ役でカメオ出演した。最後にブッシュ役を演じたのは アメリカ同時多発テロ事件を基にしたテレビ映画DC 9/11。 『ザット'70sショー』のある回において、竜巻に生徒とたちが巻き込まれている中彼は既に発生している竜巻が来るぞと警告して慌てふためく校長を演じた。また、FXのテレビドラマダートでは、ルーシー・スピラー の上司で、不正を行っている人物 Gibson Horneを演じた。 ラスト・ショー と Texasvilleの舞台裏を描いた1991年のドキュメンタリー Picture This - The Times of Peter Bogdanovich in Archer City, Texasの共同制作にも参加した。 ドキュメンタリーにおいて, 『ラスト・ショー』 で共演したシビル・シェパードに片思いをしていて失敗したことを明かした。
