ランカシャー (Lancashire) はイングランド西北部にある行政区域である。「ランカシャー州」(the county of Lancashire、Lancashire county) と呼ぶこともある。嘗ては綿産業で栄えた。中心都市はランカスターだが、行政上の中心は、プレストンになっている。
ランカシャーの徽章は、ばら戦争のランカスター家に縁のある赤薔薇を使用している。
ランカシャーには嘗てリヴァプールとマンチェスターが含まれていた。1974年にランカシャー南部が分割され、マージーサイド州が創られた時にリヴァプールはその一部となった。マンチェスターも同年大マンチェスタ州が創られた時に、その一部となった。
