ロバート・フォーゲル（Robert William Fogel, 1926年7月1日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の経済学者。

ニューヨーク出身。1960年にコロンビア大学で修士号を、1963年にジョンズ・ホプキンス大学で博士号を取得。1981年よりシカゴ大学教授。1998年アメリカ経済学会会長。

数量経済史（Cliometrics）と呼ばれる経済史の過去の出来事に、経済理論や数量分析を使って解析する手法で有名。

1993年にダグラス・ノースとともにアルフレッド・ノーベル記念経済学スウェーデン銀行賞を受賞した。
